We want you to be completely satisfied with your home fixtures, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused faucets in their original packaging. Please ensure all components and installation manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the faucet you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the faucet back in its original manufacturer box with all protective foam and hardware to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the fixture for installation marks or damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
